Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customized or special-order items may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options: Door to Door By Land Shipping
Estimated delivery time varies based on location and selected shipping method:
Domestic Shipping: 5-7 Days depending upon pin codes.
International Shipping: 15 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders above 2000 INR.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order using the provided tracking link on our website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship locally in India.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain items may be restricted from shipping due to local regulations.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please report it within 3 days of delivery.
We may require photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.
